Apology

I feel bad for all those friendly strangers trying to initiate casual and friendly conversations with me. Sorry if most of the time, the best response you can get from me would be a faint smile. It's not you, it's me. Always me, and my seems like forever socially awkward self.

I'm not good at small talks. In fact, I dread it. I just can't pull off situations where I have to be this accommodating lady towards people I barely knew.

So, you are free to call me snobbish if you like. That's fine, I can deal with that rather than forcing myself to be the friendliest person in a sea of people. I just can't.

But I am a work in progress. I'm trying my best to somewhat work on my social skills, at least take it up a notch.

So for now.. my sincerest apology, people.

See your worth

This video is a social experiment showing people rate their success on a scale of 1 - 10. But when their loved ones were asked to do the same thing, their answers are moving.

Just when you think that you are such a big failure and that you are not good enough, wouldn't it be touching if you would found out that your loved ones think the total opposite of that?
For them, you've done an amazing job. You are admired and most of all you are well loved.
You are not a mess, but a beautiful work of art.

This leaves a meaningful message...

You just have to see your worth the way your loved ones do.
You are more than what you think you are.
You've done incredible things and bound for more, you just need to realize that.
Be happy and proud of the person you've become.
You are deserving of greater happiness and fulfillment.

You are important.
You are valued.
You are loved.

And if all else fails, remember you are always worthy of God's love.
To Him, you are worth so much more.

See it yourself.
